No universal runtime guarantee. Solar production varies with weather, shade and placement. Product availability, delivery and pricing are confirmed by the seller.

A little math. A better decision.

How much battery
does your fridge need?

Find annual kWh on your refrigerator’s EnergyGuide label, or use a measured daily consumption figure. An average estimate does not capture every hot day, door opening or defrost cycle.

Our sizing goal: enough stored energy for your chosen backup period without counting on sunshine.

This planning tool assumes 85% usable AC energy and adds a 20% reserve. Actual usable capacity depends on the product and operating conditions. Check inverter continuous output and compressor surge separately.

Heating, cooking and air conditioning can use substantial energy. List every intended load before purchasing.

Good questions before you buy.

Will a 2 kWh battery run any refrigerator for 24 hours?

No. A 2 kWh unit is a starting candidate, not a guarantee. Consumption, usable capacity, ambient temperature and compressor startup affect the result. Larger or older refrigerators may need more storage.

Can solar keep it running indefinitely?

Only if enough energy is produced and stored to meet the load over time. Cloudy days, shade and limited panel space can leave a shortfall. Start with a charged battery and a realistic recharge plan.

Can I connect it to my home’s outlets?

Plug supported appliances directly into the power station according to its instructions. Never feed power into a household outlet. Connections to home circuits require suitable equipment and a licensed electrician.

Do you provide electrical repairs?

You can request help locating a licensed electrician. Availability is confirmed individually. The contractor quotes, contracts and performs electrical work directly; WeRSolar is not an electrical contractor.

Are you an emergency relief agency?

No. WeRSolar is an independent business providing product guidance. We do not promise emergency delivery, government benefits or reimbursement.
